Adrian MooreAdrian Moore

 

Adrian is our Operations Director and he is responsible for developing long-term operational strategies, working closely with our senior management team to meet company objectives. He oversees the documentation of all operations to ensure that consistent, efficient workflows are in place, yielding optimal productivity and performance of our operational management teams through to our front-line employees.

 

As well as a successful military career, Adrian worked with the Home Office, before joining the Security Sector. He has worked in the Financial sector, specializing in EMEA security for investment banks, before joining VSG in January 2010, as the Project Director responsible for mobilising one of the largest corporate contracts in the industry at the time. Adrian became the Operations Director in February 2012 and managed the business through until the sale of VSG to Mitie in 2019. He joined Allied Universal as Operations Director in February 2020.

Philip ThomasPhilip Thomas

 

Philip is the Head of Training and he is responsible for ensuring strategic alignment of the training department with business goals, evaluating individual and organisational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance as well as identifying training needs by consulting with our clients and using training needs assessments.

Philip has been with the business since 2012 and prior to this had a long and varied career in the Metropolitan Police, as the Venue Security Manager for the IOC and IPC during the London 2012 Olympics and as the Assistant and then Director of Safety and Security at the 5 star Bulgari Hotel and Residences in Knightsbridge.

Philip’s most notable career achievement has been training many hundreds of police officers in London and seeing them develop and progress, being a lead driver, along with Chris Morris our Staff Development Officer, of a 3-year long National Police project that led to the regeneration and implementation of all aspects of Conflict Management across the country and his lead role in the testing and exercising programme prior to the London Olympics
