Troy is the Managing Director for the UK division of the Allied Universal Group, Troy is responsible for leading the company and ensuring all employees understand and adopt the company vision, setting the overall strategic direction of the company alongside the Allied Universal board as well as planning and implementing long term business strategies to achieve the company’s objectives.
Troy has been with the business since 2005 and is entire career has been within the Security Industry ranging from Executive Protection through to Investigations and Consultancy.

David is the Head of Risk and Compliance and his responsibilities are to champion a culture of compliance throughout the business to ensure everyone complies with our regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures as well as to raise awareness and provide an advisory role for risk and compliance aspects across the business, ensuring best practice and compliance as required.
David has been with the business since 2009 and has been in the Security Industry for over 32 years.
David has personally achieved the CSMP (Certified Security Management Professional) qualification and is now studying for his NEBOSH qualification.

Paul is the Head of Commercial and he is responsible for seeking out major clients and forming working relationships with the premier buyers in our industry. He oversees our commercial team and works with them to identify valuable emerging markets, accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace. Paul also serves as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions.
Paul has been with the business since 2017 and his entire career has been in Sales and Marketing in the Security Industry.

Philip is the Head of Training and he is responsible for ensuring strategic alignment of the training department with business goals, evaluating individual and organisational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance as well as identifying training needs by consulting with our clients and using training needs assessments.
Philip has been with the business since 2012 and prior to this had a long and varied career in the Metropolitan Police, as the Venue Security Manager for the IOC and IPC during the London 2012 Olympics and as the Assistant and then Director of Safety and Security at the 5 star Bulgari Hotel and Residences in Knightsbridge.
Philip’s most notable career achievement has been training many hundreds of police officers in London and seeing them develop and progress, being a lead driver, along with Chris Morris our Staff Development Officer, of a 3-year long National Police project that led to the regeneration and implementation of all aspects of Conflict Management across the country and his lead role in the testing and exercising programme prior to the London Olympics

Melanie is the Head of Human Resources and she oversees the recruiting, selecting, coaching, counselling, and performance management of our people; resolving problems and implementing change with regards to Human Resources across our business.
Melanie has been with the business since 2009 but began in the Security Industry in 2007, previous to this she worked in the Customer Service industry so means she is best placed to ensure that we have the highest calibre of people within our business.

Adrian is our Operations Director and he is responsible for developing long-term operational strategies, working closely with our senior management team to meet company objectives. He oversees the documentation of all operations to ensure that consistent, efficient workflows are in place, yielding optimal productivity and performance of our operational management teams through to our front-line employees.
As well as a successful military career, Adrian worked with the Home Office, before joining the Security Sector. He has worked in the Financial sector, specializing in EMEA security for investment banks, before joining VSG in January 2010, as the Project Director responsible for mobilising one of the largest corporate contracts in the industry at the time. Adrian became the Operations Director in February 2012 and managed the business through until the sale of VSG to Mitie in 2019. He joined Allied Universal as Operations Director in February 2020.
